Fee Structure

Our permanent placement investment is structured according to the level of responsibility and strategic impact of the role within your organization.

  • 15% of annual base salary
    Entry-Level & Client-Facing Professionals
    (Advisors, Receptionists, Therapists, Concierge)

  • 18% of annual base salary
    Management & Operational Leadership
    (Boutique Managers, Spa or F&B Managers, Trainers, Account Executives)

  • 22% of annual base salary
    Executive & Senior Leadership
    (Regional Directors, Operations Leaders, Senior Executives)

Payment Terms

To ensure flexibility, we offer two payment structures:

100% of the fee due at candidate start date, or
50% due at start date and 50% due 30 days after start date

Final terms are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

30-Day Replacement Assurance

If a placed candidate voluntarily departs or does not meet expectations within the first 30 days, Vérité Talent will conduct a replacement search at no additional professional fee.
